Some dude spawned a coir/verm/coffee/gypsum mix with WBS - MS PESA about 4 days ago. He had some wax paper on top of the sub but it got too wet and was since removed. Heres a couple High Res pics.

Is that fluffy shit cobweb? Should that dude give it an h202 misting?
Also, he is leaving for a week in 2 days. He planned on putting the monotub into fruiting conditions before he left to hopefully come back to some fruits.

Pics are so big I can't open them- but the one corner looks like rhizomorphic mycelium.

That looks like fluffy myc, not cobweb. But giving it a quick diluted h2o2 spray wouldn't be a bad idea if you are still uncertain, either way it can't hurt.

^^^ false. Don't spray peroxide on healthy myc, which is what that appears to be.
I'd move it to fruiting conditions in a day or two if it were me.

It's nice to have both sizes of pics, by the way- a big overview, then some cropped detail shots of particular areas. Coir doesn't always get to 100%. Check it in a couple days, and if that bare patch is still there go ahead and fruit it. IMO.

A quick (short) spritz with diluted h2o2 (1:10) would not have caused considerable harm it if it were healthy myc. If it were cobweb, it would have melted, if it were myc it would have been fine.
I'm glad the OP got his answer. Enjoy the fruits!

So that dude went on vacation and put the monotub into fruiting conditions and it got way too dry. Holes were packed much too loosely, packed tighter seemed to be the fix, the walls of the monotub now stay wet. The cake looks dry and weak but not dead. It looks very grey in spots too i think thats the coir under thin myc. and i cant find a contam that looks anything like it. There piss all over and the cottony stuff seems to have changed. So all you experts, what is this guys best course of action? Im thinking a wet verm layer on top and doing sort of a 'late casing'. He hasn't done anything yet except mist the walls and lid of the monotub and pack the holes tighter. Whats your thoughts on wax paper?
