Need help with DVDx
    #11656413 - 12/15/09 05:41 PM (11 years, 5 months ago)

I have these 2 DVDs that have some old school adds on them. I am trying to rip them off using DVDx. I got most of the files off the discs but I am having a problem with 2 files.

These 2 files are over 10 minutes long and seem to rip fine. When I go to play them, they are corrupt.

Anyone have experience with this?

what does DVDx do? just copy from disc to disc?

i know there is a version of Handbrake for windows. that rips dvds to avi, mpg, etc.

i use k9copy on linux to rip the disc to an .iso file and just burn from there.

no idea how to do it on windows.

just tried handbrake.

its for mp4 and mvk files, not avi.

DVDx has far more options as well. Thanks for the idea though :mushroom2:
