I know you are supposed to throw out everything when it comes to contams during the colonization/casing process, but what if you have fruits that have "bacterial blotches" as seen in the FAQ (first pic after the initial set of pics)
Is it safe to eat the fruits that once had the blotches, but are now dry enough to show no signs? If not, should the entire casing be thrown out, or is it safe to perform another flush once the bad batch flush has been thrown out and the problem corrected? Thanks all.
