I usually pick just before or as the veil breaks unless I want prints.

Those look like mutants, no contams.  They may turn into normal looking mushrooms, or just keep that shape and get bigger.  Nothing to worry about, it happens, and they just as potent if not more potent than regular looking shrooms.  The next flush will likely look normal.
