It's the United States of America.
Suppose I don't have any drugs or drug related objects on me. 110% clean.
I'm noticably in another dimension.
A cop sees me and starts harrasing me... he knows I'm tripping.
Cop searches and finds nothing.
Now what? Can I still be arrested? If so, for what?

Isn't public intoxication alcohol-related though? What would they book me under? Intoxication of what? I wouldn't be telling them what I was on, and I don't think shrooms show up in a piss test, but I could be wrong.
So in otherwords, how could they prove I was intoxicated if they could book me under that?

The definition of intoxication:To stupefy or excite by the action of a chemical substance such as alcohol.

You couldn't be more wrong. A large percentage of psilocin is excreted through the urine in the first few hours of injestion.

they almost never test for shrooms unless they caught you with them or something, or yer on probation for em. oh, and apparently they test for them at rehab too, heh. and to think i almost willingly went cuz i would still be allowed to do my shrooms :-)

I had to talk to a cop while trippin of 3 hits of acid. You see there was a "misunderstanding", overeaction by certain people. A fight broke out.(I was tripping before the fight) We got a call down to the mall that some "niggers" (I'm not racist, just the phrase that was used) we're going to beat the shit out of a friend. So about 20 white kids, many with skate boards ran the 1/4 mile to the location this was happening at. The kid got his ass whupped, another kid who tried to help got his ass whupped - only 3 people fought-big black dude beat both white guys.
This whole thing colored my trip in an unpleasent way for the rest of the night.
Anyhow when I heard sirens I figured it was time to get out of the area. I walked at a brisk pace up the street toward the mall(running is considered highly suspect by the police you know). A cop stopped me to ask me about the fight and I was tripping balls. He asked me If I was involved. I told him "No man, I was just walking down the street and I saw like 30 people fighting, you better get down there"
Worked like a charm.

My buddy got put in jail for the night for climbing a tree. This was about 6 months ago. They wanted him out of the tree for no reason at all, cuz they had nothing to do, and had to talk for an hour just to get him down. What a waste of time!
