Unknown Substrate Contamination: Need an ID/Confirmation

Hi contamination forum,
This is my first time posting in this sector, so I'm not sure if this section of the forums here behaves like the "ID Request" format in the "Wild Mushrooms and Identification" sector, but I am going to attempt to treat it like that in case any experts on cultivation. I hope it works.
I ask this because I'm planning a G-2-G transfer, and I'm wondering if this contaminate with spread or if I should transfer.
Background Info: I've been keeping a jar of prepared wheat berry seeds, with P. Cubenis mycelium, since October 25, 2009 (day of inoculation). From the beginning, the project id not go well. Out of 3 jars, only 2 showed growth, and one took a VERY long time to show signs of mycelium, which i almost threw out the jar because of it. This jar grew the fastest, a small half-pint glass Kerr jar. To this day (Dec.2, 2009, only about 1/4 of the jar colonized, which means I did something wrong in the beginning. Then recently, in the past week, I started to see small white "Flowers" sprouting from my wheat berries, on the mycelium and bare ones. I suspect its a contamination, since its also present in the 3rd jar that never grew *any* mycelium from the the multi-spore injection. here's more specific detail below... Substrate: Wheat berries, winter variety (I think). Soaked in pot of water 24 hr. prior to sterilization. Simmered in a pot of water for ~40 mins (too long?) and then a 1.5 hour long P.C. sterilization at 12psi.
Temperature: Usually between 65F-70F
Sunlight: None. Kept in a dark cabinet. Occasional incandescent from checking on it every other day.
Filtering Mechanism: Poly-fil(R) stuffed into a 1/4 hole on top. Needle hole was sealed with thick double-stick tape.
Appearance of Unknown contaminate: About 1 month after inoculation. Total inoculation time is 1 month, 7 days.
Description of Unknown contaminate: White in color, very small, has spotted pattern on berry. Comes directly out of wheat berries, regardless if it has mycelium growing on it or not. Looks like tiny flowers. (Photos below).
-> Bare wheat berries with "tiny white flower" contamination
-> No discrimination, grows on both mycelium-berries and plain wheat berries.
Thanks for any help. Hopefully there's some Wheat Berry users here that have seen this before and can help in explaining what it is.

Interesting... ...another fungus species is competing with my P. Cubenis spores. How ironic.
So, does that mean I can't do a G-2-G transfer? Is yeast, or more specifically, this type, in anyway poisonous, toxic or harmful when eaten?
I hope not, ~ LogicaL Chaos ~

Do not use contaminated spawn, it will lead to decreased yields and weakened mycelium which will be easily contaminated by other fungi/bacteria.

Roger that. I will not transfer the yeast-infected spawn. I guess its back to the spore syringe.
