Well it has been sitting for four days now. It is sprayed 3 times a day and fanned 5 times a day. No signs of spawning. How long should I go before I start to worry?

Patience, patience, patience.  I always love it when we humans want things to happen on OUR timeline only to learn that nature has it's own way of doing things and mostly just gives us the finger.

BTW -- how did you choose your username, calcifer?  If you got it where I think you got it, we should get together and chat.

Peace.

Yes!  I KNEW it!  This movie, along with 'Whisper of the Heart' are my favorites of Miyazaki's.

Peace.  Over and Out.

Make sure you fan and mist the hell out of it.  At least 4-6 times a day

I usually have the light 10-18 inches away from the substrate in most cases.
