Nj6 and star gazer strain from spore trading post

I know i shouldn't have bought from stp,,,NOW, but I still want to know what everyone thinks of these strains. Are they crap or what?
I have only shroomed like 3 times in my life and this is my first grow.
I have one brf cake in the grow chaber now and it is fruiting with the nj6 strain.
I got some water on the top of the cake while misting and the top of it turned blue and the fuz kinda melted and matted down, could that have something to do with why all of the pinns started around the base of the cakes. O ya I forgot, I dunked and cut it in half and layed it directly on the pearlite.
Any help is greatly appreseated

Shroom spores are illeagal to import into 2 states in the union. CA, and GA.

So, how many differant strains of P.cubensis is there?

Staregazer is most likely the PR. Noticing the fact that the Creeper stole a picture from Boxtop(TLG) of the PR and calls it the staregazer.

Dont lay your cake directly on the perlite! It is subject for contamn. You need to put some time of homemede screen on the bottom. I usedbasket that strawberrys come in.I just cut the top open half off of it for height reasons.
