Just inoculated, Huge clump of spores went into one jar

I didn't see it until it was too late, the clump that is. I had shaken it, it was still quite clear, but I didn't see the clump. My worry is, will only that lucky clump-receiving jar colonize? I know spores are microscopic, but I imagine the syringe (ralphsters) was kind of just fed that one clump and they expected it break up in the mail/my shake.

My guess is that the jar with the clump will colonize slower than the other jars. There are plenty of spores left in that syringe, IME more spores slow things down. CH

Really? Well. Thank you. My worries rest easy.

This is a good time to point out that you can lay syringes in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner to break up spore clumps. Give it a couple of minutes and then shake the syringe well. RR

I've had opposite results, my last 1 1/2 cc of braz had a few clumps squeezed out and it colonized faster then the jars I knocked up the week before.
