Coco-based Mushroom Growing Substrate

I was wondering if any tried this presterilized substrate, and will i get a MUCH bigger yeield if spawn this substrate with my fully colonized brf cakes?

What substrate, coco coir? If so, then no, because coco coir is not a substrate, because it is non nutritious. Coco coir is used as a casing layer.

well, from everything ive read coir and verm mixxed...like a 50/50 casing layer produces ALOT better than just verm. Check out nansnook.com look in the archived under casing, and then look for the coir...you'll see some amazing results, and a really good tek.
