Has anyone ordered these?
I was wondering how you would innoculate them if there are sealed? would you use a hammer and a nail to poke a hole in the lid? wouldn't that be risking contams?

They may have the holes already in the lids. Never ordered from them so I can't say they are good or not.

if they don't have holes in them, would it be safe to punch the holes with a hammer and nail?
assuming I wear gloves, sterilize everything with alcohol, and spray plenty of lysol around, would this be safe?

I can buy a pressure cooker, a set of jars and the substrate material for that price. You've got to be mad to pay that.
Just think what you'll feel like if you contaminate them all when you innoculate them. If you buy your own pressure cooker and jars you only waste a few pennies on the BRF and verm if you fuck it up.

for those who wanted to know, i got this reply back from them...
Yes our subtrate jars have holes in them and foil underneath the lid so all you have to do is swab the top of the lid with alcohol as well as your syringe needle and inocculate through holes and foil then cover top of your inocculated jar(s)with foil and your good to go. Hope i helped you.

dude, just make them.. it aint that difficult. 45 bucks on 12 jars is absolutely insane. How are ya supposed to manage the patience/energy of incubation/fruiting if you can't even make the jars???

after going to a few stores and checking prices, you're right, they are way overpriced.
