Hiya all,
I'm a Dutchie now living in Scotland. I used to grow our little friends for years back in the Netherlands but when I moved a few years ago I pawned off all my kit. Now I'm looking to get back into cultivation with a brand spanking new setup. This thread has been amazingly helpful. Thanks everyone!!!
Anyways,
I was hoping to avoid buying syringes/needles in bulk to lower the initial cost a little. Does anyone have a few to spare that I can buy off them? (I take it you can't just get them at the chemist?) Or otherwise, has anyone used the blunt ones you can get for refilling ink cartridges? It looks a bit naff, but maybe not a problem???
Cheers guys, again...thanks!!!

Get some off ebay. Blunt needles will be fine for pf tek.
Could be a bit rough on silicone injection ports though. You could always not use ports and just take the lid off, inject and replace lid on grains, lc , etc.

Yer you can buy them from chemists and theres also dedicated needle exchange areas around as well. I used to have a mate who was a bodybuilder and he's always get his sharps from a chemist. Not sure what size theyd be tho... Personally i go the ebay route like base says...

Yo guys how long do you leave your westfalia dehydrator on? I left mine in for like 8 hours or so and they are cracker dry but I'm wondering if they could have been in there too long?
Cant afford to have potency loss.

Thanks guys, I'll drop by a chemist and ask them. Otherwise the blunt needles will probably work for now.

A whetstone/knife sharpener would definitely work.

Has anybody found a decent sized slow cooker/roaster for pasteurising? Largest ive found in UK is 9.5 litre, otherwise I have to spend like 50 quid just onpostage for a 20 litre from USA.
Also one which has actual temp readings rather than low, medium, high.
