This thread is really useful, thanks for the help everyone!
I am currently on my way to making my first PF TEK, it was hard finding brown rice flour but thanks for the recommendation of Holland & Barratt, although the manager said that after this stock is gone they wouldn't be stocking it anymore.
Cheers again.

Sainsbury has "SO Organic" whole brown rice that you can grind in a coffee grinder. I don't know if most Brits have grinders but I'll wager you do
In badman's journal, I thought I saw Ego said something about doing agar work "when I get back". Hols maybe?

I'm going to have to get acoffe grinder soon. I guess ebay is the best place for em. Seems like you would be lucky to get em for under a tenner?
I see those cheap hand driven ones. Wonder how much elbow grease that would take to run?

cheers for that man. I might be able to spring for one of those. I need it for a few different things would be nice to have. Might keep an eye on ebay for one. I was watching them for a while but i thought that over a tenner was steep.
I just realised that my food processor has a blender attachment, I might give that a go soon.
Just bought some boots dextrose c, a laundry basket, and a huge bail of straw. all together was only 5.59£.
I think I'm going to buy about 30 curry jars. they're like 9-15 p each depending on where you get them, and it will allow me to get some serious amounts of spawn going for some edibles.

Hey man I was at the feed store yesterday(where they sell food for horses and birds and the like) and they had a bag of wheat bran 25kg for 6 quid.
I didnt have room for it in the car since I was getting a couple bails of straw but I thought about getting some.
Also found a bag of ground sea weed. Was 3.60 for 2 or 5 kilo i think.
There was some chunky oyster shell grit. I'm thinking I might be able to get some flour if I put some in my blender was 2.5 kg for 1.75

Seal healing ports.
That site is amazing. Most is over priced, they add vat and shipping, but They have some cool stuff.
I heard that most of the guys on ebay that sell cool stuff get it from medical/lab auction sites and actual actions that sell damaged/surplus/expired cases.
Just thought that I would share.

Anyone got any cheap light solutions?
I cant decide on a 2foot flourecent tube or some cfl's.
I'm going to check with the grow shop tomorrow for a 2ft 6500k bulb and fixture. I THINK they quoted me 13£ last time I was in there.
I just dont have room for my 110L SG and my two 80L MSG's to get proper light. Especially with this shiity weather.
