Ok to use a syringe then use the leftovers later?

I just inoculated a quart jar of rye with like 5ccs, After i was done i I flamed the needle and sprayed some lysol on the cap.. should i have any problems using again?

uh, did you sterilize the needle before or after innoculation?

Good. You can reuse the syringes many many times. Sterilizing after your done with all your innoculation isn't needed, because you'll be sterilizing the needle again the next time.
