Toasted multigrain or rye bread, peanut butter, kosher dill pickles,  .
Sounds so gross, but tastes sooooo goood. The secret is a good pickle. Try it sometime, hehehe.

eh, I can understand enjoy the heat, but rooster sauce on a pb&J?  I make a righteously hot chili oil and then put that on it or something, instead of all that spice and tomato.

CRISP iceburg lettuce.
sound sick but its amazing. the water in the lettuce just give the PB and toast that little something extra to make it delicious AND easy to swallow

I also love peanut butter and lettuce sandwiches! And you're right -- gotta be toasted. Though sometimes if I'm really poor I just roll blobs of peanut butter in lettuce.

I find that Sriracha works best added to foods after cooking, and Sambal Oelek is great added to food while it's still in the pan.

i use three slices and make a stacker when im stoned as fuck...extra peanut butter and maybe a glass of nesquik for those occasions 
other than that, i dont do anything special besides that
