Are you sure? I've never seen stipes quite like this on a Chlorophyllum here:

Seriously, the Chlorophyllum I find here seem to be a lot less shaggy/scaly on the stipe.

This question seems to come up quite often and in reality it doesn't matter when it comes to edibility, because both C. rhacodes and M. procera are excellent edibles, but I know people still want to know what they are looking at. I've been hunting both species for 35 years and there are two absolutely surefire ways to tell whether you are looking at M. procera or one of the Chlorophyllum species when combined. The latter will bruise/stain dark orange to red upon being cut. Macrolepiota procera does not bruise like this. They bruise greyish, but never yellow, orange or reddish. I think this illustrates the macroscopic differences you can expect to see quite nicely:
Creamy to brown/greyish scaly appearance of stipe is obvious:



Chlorophyllum rhacodes in my experience has a much smoother stipe:
