...continue growing???
We recased a casing that showed sighns of overlay, and withink a few days, it popped out the 1/2 inch ,new casing layer...
Is this normal? They where birthed 3 days ago...

well if you don't change conditions to favor primordia formation, then yes the mycelium will continue vegetative growth. Have you introduced more fresh air to induce fruiting yet?
Sounds like some vigorous mycelium.
