you should toss a "sham wow" in that bitch (Tub 1 be that bitch). I could toss you some advice but I'm afraid you'll use it. So I'll let the others handle this one. My idea involves spending money which is a bad idea concidering the events of this thread and the health of your tubs. No the "sham wow" isn't my idea BTW. ("By the way" to you old fuckers)

Nope, sorry. It's a theory at best and more likely a stupid fucking idea that wouldn't be worth the effort and would mean certain death for your pins if not the hole damn thing. I try not to state half baked ideas for the reason that someone would actually do it just like you plan to do (given an idea that SOUNDS good enough). Listen to track 3 from Tool's Lateralus

Just hold out and not do anything to the tub now. Let the pins grow!

yes, when too much moister is an issue, don't add more until more is needed. you might also point a fan at or near your poly fill holes so you can have some semi-fresh air/ keep it stirring inside your tub. Think gentle breeze. Still air is bad air. At least in your situation. I don't know if you would run the fan all day or just for a few hours at a time or what. Now go the fuck to sleep!

I just woke up from an unintentional nap.
Honesty, less misting, more FAE. Take the polyfil out of the bottom holes and leave them open. What's your lighting situation? I apologize if this has already been discussed.

All the way out. Trust me, it will be fine, I do it all the time. Your light is 6500K, right?

If you can, get a 6500K light. You need to have this or natural daylight.
As far as humidity goes, no, it will not plummet. It will probably decrease slightly, but this is better for pinning. You need some of that water to evaporate, which is also good.
Just don't let it dry out. Permanent?, yes. For now.

Seems pricey. Any way you can give it sunlight, even if it's just for 10 min a day? That would certainly help.
More importantly I think you need the FAE. Have you removed the polyfil?
