Peroxide in the air?

hi guys, my "friend" is really enjoying this art, and is learning a lot. so he dosent mind to spend a little money on the shroom project. so tonight he bought a air bubbler, air stone, hepa filter, tubeing, and a little rubbermaid container for the pump to sit in.all for UNDER $15.00!!!!! and from what my friend reads, having this type of set up is almost maintenance free..... so anyway he cut a hole in the rubbermaid container, added the hepa filter, cut holes for tubes, wires, etc, then sealed up every hole, air tight so the only air that would be allowed in would be through the hepa filter. then he put a cup of water with peroxide in it with the air stone in the growing chamber. will the peroxide in the air be a problem?

It should be fine. I'm basically doing the same thing. If you had perlite you could also add peroxide there...

cool, thanks for the response guys. i do use perlite, with just water, but maybe i will ad some h202.

my friend bought a nationaly certified hepa mask, which can be used by doctors and filters out tb, and we all know if it can block tb, it can block just about everything else, and if it can't, its probably not bad.  my friend cut a hole on the top of the lid, and the mask fits perfectly tight to it, then to be double sure, my friend hot glue gunned it to the lid.  if doctors use it to protect themselves, i think its good enough for the little guys.... :laugh:  and it only cost $3. for one.
