That's is certainly bizarre, but quite interesting as well.
Keep us posted on how it grows up.

I'd say they suffer even more then we humans do, but there are also more of them around then there are of us.
Its quints, very neat for certain!

breed them together, maybe its possible there is some kind of genetic trait for it.....i could see it as a good trait for food production...more seed, less shells to pick at

Even more-so than us... They aren't even as affected by their genetic mutations as we are. For instance, a little extra genetic material on our own chromosome 21, and BAM, you have Down Syndrome... Some plants can have double the amount of chromosomes altogether, and not even show any visual abnormality whatsoever. Very interesting life-forms for sure...

plants are smarter than humans. we seem to make life very complicated sometimes.

We have sunchokes, Mammoths, wild bush sunflowers, brownish-red sunflowers, whitish ones, and sprouting birdseed.
Some had fused, double heads and unusually knobby stems.
Your post makes me interested to see what their offspring will look like.

i heard the my sunflowers talking one day in the garden saying the exact opposite. they said we were so lucky as humans, not being affected by their genetic mutations as they are. they get all mucked up and down follow the sun the right way. damn retard sunflowers keep chasing the moon, or growing short petals. they continued that us humans didnt seem to show any visible signs of difference to them, could just keep mutating them and breeding out for blacker blacks and whiter whites without any other apparent negative affects.
