contamination?

on one of my cakes the mycelium is bluing. i thought it was due to me misting them with H2O2+water but now the bluing is migrating up the stem of the mushroom. they stopped growing for like 2 days so i picked em and there was really no resistance kinda like the bases were rotting or something. the shrooms werent mature yet. i broke the cake in half and there were no visible contaminants. are the shrooms safe to eat and is my cake contaminated?

Sounds like the mushroom is aborting.

1st flush. i wasnt really misting them. i put a layer of verm on top and was moistening it every 3 or 4 days. i dont know if that had any thing to do with it.
