And how pray tell are your posts any different?

Yeah seriously,

Both are making active use of the mind. So how are some not?

Why do I feel like all these posts are subtle forms of trolling, and that there is actually no dispute besides one that is attempted to be created...?

PSP is a debate forum remember M&P is where you go if you don't want to debate ideas or have them criticised.

Um, there was no idea/assertion put forth for anyone to debate in the first place. The OP just posted an e-book (which btw, I already have and is very good and straightforward).

Satipatthana meditation is great for anyone who wants to sharpen their mind. All it is is a technique for exercising attention, but it's applications are far reaching. It allows one to know the mind, shape the mind, ultimately for the purpose of liberating it from delusion caused by having a dull and clouded mind.

Nothing hocus pocus about it. It's just for training your attention.

Well that's a problem then isn't it as the forum rules stipulate that along with posted whatever an idea/assertion needs to be put forth.

Check out the forum guidelines when you have a chance. It's free.:satansmoking:
