Sorry to be a spoiler on the first response, but that is in no way a laminar HEPA flowhood. A proper flowhood not only filters the air, but the air flow out of it is uniform and non-turbulent (an essential feature). These filters will blow air, but the turbulence created by the non-laminar flow is likely to draw contaminants into your workspace. Neither are these filters HEPA rated, which means they would trap 99.97% of .3 micron particles.
That being said, people have used non-hepa or laminar flowhoods successfully.

Just get into a clean small room and sanitize it. Either that or use a glovebox. I did mine in my restroom and I have a pretty big rr, and it came out without any contaminants. Keep in mind that I sprayed everything down, used plastic disposable gloves, etc...

I do glovebox work and use my hepa filter to clean out the air in the room before working. I then shut it off before I start work. I do this and work with agar, and only get an approx. 3-5% contaminant rate for my dishes. Many of those contaminants are I may add slow acting bacterias that would not win in a match with even the weakest myc. I still don't use those dishes though, and the rate of contamination by contaminants that actually matter for all dishes through out their lifetime is approx. 1% IME.
