Oven Poo Pasteurization

I read some where that rather than pasteurizing in 160 degree water. You can bake the poo on a trey in the oven at a 160 degrees. I know the oven temp isnt 100% accurate but i have a oven thermometer i can use. So do you think this oven tek would work, or should i stick with the pillow case and water method? thanks

You can do it the oven way, you just have to have a temp reading from the middle of the substrate. I like to pillow case in water method, but hey, I'm old fashioned, hehehe.

Ok cool... im gonna try it that way. How long do you think i should bake it for? You think 1hour will be fine and half way through do you think i should "stir it up" to even out the heating process?
