[not drugs] Anonymous Webhost?

Does someone know of a webhost that specializes in anonymity and protecting free speech?
I'm talking about the kind of content you would find on Wikileaks -- not illegal, but extremely sensitive, and potentially subject to copyright legislature and gag orders. Journalistic in nature.
Something offshore would be ideal.
Thank you!

I would also suggest researching ways of anonymous (or at least obfuscating the origin) payment as well as internet anonymity.
Shit ain't easy, but it could get you out of Guantanamo.

That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks!
I'll probably end up researching it more, but just to get an idea...
Payment through a service like Pecunix PGP encrypted communication with webhost, through Hushmail Use TOR when doing anything related to the site
^ If I follow these rules, would I be at least somewhat anonymous?
To be clear, I'm not so much worried about Guantanamo as I am about corporations, foreign governments, or private individuals with deep pockets and something to lose... but it's a muddy affair and I'd prefer to be as anonymous as possible to as many as possible.

I was using Guantanamo as an exaggerated example of some sort of repressive body, I could care less who from; that's your problem.
Tor + Fire fox + Ref control + no script + key scrambler + ghostery + better privacy
Assuming that you leave them on max security, you should pretty much be a ghost on the interwebs. Money on the other hand...
There is a reported purchaseable debit card that will work with paypal. I use liberty reserve, and I have yet to find an easy way to get money onto it completely anonymously (no human interaction). So far, best I have come up with is...
Stolen ID + cash debit card + western union online payment -> e-gold merchant.
Most e-gold merchants require some sort of verification of identity, usually in the form of a scan of ID + utility bill. Do a high res scan + photoshop then reduce the rez back down to something manageable. I don't think my merchant in shri lanka is gonna call my electric company to check up on me.
Also, I strongly suggest doign some research on jhead, or any other utility of removing metadata from images. Cameras with geotagging could easily be the death of many many people.

A camera that records the GPS data into the EXIF header every time you take a picture.
