Here is what is known as an Antonius Rack, they are sold at IKEA for roughly 40$US. I have used this for shrooms before but it was hard to keep the humidity up. This could be remedied by wraping the frame with plastic on 3 sides. I now have tinfoil covered cardboard lining the thing to keep light from escaping. Looks like you're keeping your summer clothing clean.

I think Anno used one of these for Pans. awesome pics if you care to search.
Good luck man...

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT BUILT A BOX, OR SO I AM TOLD I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN IT BUT I KNOW IT'S THE TRUTH. HE KEEPS IT REAL PRIVATE. ANY HOW HE DESCRIBED IT TO MY LIKE THIS. IF YOU WERE TO WALK INTO THE ROOM YOU WOULD ONLY SEE A LARGE TABLE WITH RACE CAR TRACKS. AND LOOP TO LOOPS. I'M SURE THAT ONE COULD CONCIEVABLY PUT A TOY TRAIN TRACK ON TOP AS WELL. THATS IT. USE YOUR IMAGINATION. EVER SEEN THE TOY TRACK ON THE MOVEI "THE TOY" WITH RICHARD PRYOR. .THAT KID WAS GROWIN MAD AMOUNTS OF SHROOMS UNDER THAT TRACK.

In response to... "all you kids should stop growing in your parents house's Shrooms are for grown-ups... not to "Get high""
I'm not growing in my parents house. I live in an apartment. Your 2 cents is not needed.

No no no...

I have the best...

I am a wee young 16 year old, and before you start yelling at for wanting to get high, just let me say this: Respect to the fungus, my friend. It's not a drug, it's a mind expanding window into the workings of the universe. We've all been there, and growing them is just another step towards the journey for self enlightenment.

That said, here's my ingenious set up:

I have none...

I'm doing a ''science fair project'' where I'm growing bioluminescent mushrooms. Not only are they cool by themselves, but it also leaves room for me to use the same setup to grow OTHER mushies. So both my parents know about this, my mom is in full support (She bought me everything I've ever needed) and the fishtank is just sitting in my room. Plain view and everything.

To get my mom off my ass, I had a talk with her in which I completely disproved any ideas she had about mushrooms being used as illegal substences. So she thinks we can cook them for dinner. I tell her to stay away because they're poisonous.

But you get the idea.

Mushrooms are only illegal if you pick them here, and cops don't exactly bother people in the middle of suburbia.

You know those plastic zipup clear thick bags for new quilts? I was thinking those would make a super collapsable terrarium, which you could expand as the mushrooms grew..

What do you mean ''Lying to your parents?'' ?

You wanna make an omlette, you gotta kill a few people.

It's not like anyone here has never lied to their parents.

I hope you're not putting me down because I'm such a bad kid and I lie to my parents about certain ''substences''

She won't research it. She barely knows english (sorry mom). My dad doesn't give a crap if it's not related to school work, so he won't screw around with it. I'm a responsible kid, I make good grades, and I do the chores. There's no reason for her to think I'm growing mind altering substances. Plus, like I said, I already disproved her theories on that note. She thought you smoke 'em or something, I said smoking mushrooms kills it, so it's useless on fire. Her only evidence against me was from a science fiction book, in which a shaman snorts a mushroom powder.

I'm not in this for the money, I'm not in this to be popular or shit like that, I'm in this because there is a greater truth that I saw when I tripped, and I want to discover it.

Respect yo. Respect.

hey i was at sam's wholesale club today and i saw the dopest thing. it was a rubbermaid toolshed! its about 5ft. tall and maybe 6ft. wide. two doors on the front that swing open and it has a lock on it. oh its about 3 ft deep with shelves included. im gonna buy myself one and convert it as soon as i raise 299.95. its really cool. its not a hidden type of thing but it does look like a small tool closet. just thought i'd tell all of you about it. tell me what you think?

I saw that thing!  It would actually be really good to use as a terrarium, it'd be hard to humidify that big thing, but not impossible.   Get a bunch of shelves and have yourself in mushies for years to come.  Then you can just use it as a toolshed.

ChiefThunderbong...

They're called ''Omphalotus Olearius" or "Jack 'o Lanterns'' as they're known on the street...
Or something...

But yeah, they give off light from natural digestive processes in their bodies, kinda like fireflies. They smell hella good, but damn bad to eat. As in DON'T EAT THEM. They look like Chantrell mushrooms, all nice and yellow.

They're just cool to grow, and perfectly legal.

Look, this is a thread about discreet setups. If someone makes a post about hidden terr., why would you find it neseccary to make an ignorant comment like all you kidds blahblah..."not to get high with"... Another blind statement. Go make a new post about it if you want to preach about what you feel is right or wrong.

basically your comment was ignorant and stupid to be blunt.

I didn't want to talk about what was right and wrong, somebody else had already mentioned that kids growing mushrooms is stupid and that we're just using them to get high with. Calm the fuck down, boy.

Slighter, I wasn't getting upset at you, I just found it strange that you thought lying to your parents was noteoworthy.

All things considered, how about some peace love tolerence, eh? I'm not here to flame anybody, and it doesn't make my day when somebody gets mad at me.
