I don't even know where to begin but something definitely isn't right with that casing!! what was your casing material? and what the hell is that yellowness? doesn't look like mycelial piss to me.

Yowsa, that is bright pee pee. Man, I don't know, that is really strange coloring.
In my opinion (which don't count for much) the thrid pic down looks like cobweb, but I'm sure its not, cause I'm not good at making any correct assertations from pics. And the bottom pic looks like cobweb as well.

please DO NOT MAKE PRINTS from shrooms grown on highly contaminated substrate. You know why? If not , you should read about spores, bacteria (+ endospores) etc. Or imagine some kind of virus that may attack your shroomies... when grown on contaminated substrate, I can imagine that they ain't very resistant against a virus. If you need new, cheap sporeprints, one of the free spore rings may help you: http://www.fsre.org/fsrportal.htm

Well as far as i heard, there is no such thing as a contaminated mushroom, and this has been from someone growing for 30 years and hunts them, the way he explains it is that they grow together right next to each other sometimes, and if u see fruits u better be caeful u knhow wat ur piking,.

You heard wrong, you should take the advice of the many many experienced cultivators on this site and throw it out. If you decide not to, good luck.... and let us know how it goes...

Who said that? I have my ideas. Does this person have his own tek?
I'll tell you the truth, back when I first started, I ate fruits off a contaminated casing, well I'm still here typing, but Its not worth the risk. Do whatcha gotta do.

The capsuals are prob only slow release plant fertilizer.(it would have said on the bag) Best try compost with out them in because they take about 1 year to break down.So wont really have time to help your crop. Also they may contain trace elements like metals, and ive read mushrooms can hold these elements in there fruiting bodies. So better safe than sorry. Good luck

I have cased with potting soil before. Your "cobweb" might possibly just be mycelium. mycelium tends to look weird as it comes through potting soil.
however the fire on your casing appears to be growing through the mycelium. in the pic it looks like it is inside of some of the mycelium around the edges. I think that it is a contam.

well like i said it was wet at first. but i didnt mist for a few days so the casing dried out. so it dried into the white mycelium.
