Not to belittle your story at all, but that looks more like your radial than brachial. Brachial = bicep radial = forearm
i understand what you're saying but the fence post went through around my elbow and tore the brachial artery. the doctors made the incision down my forearm because they had to clean my arm out because it had glass and wood splinters in it and to reattach a new artery. this is what the doctor told me so i assume he knows what hes talking about

going to the doctor for a normal check up and having him listen to my heart for about 10 minutes and going "hmmmmmmm" the whole time.
After a few tests, he told me I had a heart condition that could result in sudden death at any moment. Espessially if I ran or exerted myself in any way.
Had corrective surgery fail on my heart and ended up with a pacemaker for life.
And being a senior in high school when this all happened.
The scariest part about the whole experiance though, was when I asked what would happen if the pacemaker wasnt there. So they asked if I wanted to see what it felt like turned off. They had me lie down and they turned it off for about 10 seconds. It was intensly painfull
I know what it feels like when we start to die.

Ya, I agree that people should take utmost care in handling firearms but stuff does happen. Still an accident, even if it's due to carelessness.

An accident insinuates it occurred by chance. While the owner in question is likely a highly responsible firearm owner, it's clear that he did slip up. I'd he interested in the full story from him.
