Ecuadors seem quite meaty to me (Actually i'm a vegan and there's no meat in them - really). They colonise fast, they're easy to grow, and they look good.

I haven't made tofu for ages.  Fresh homemade tofu is one of the nicest things on the planet to eat - a pain in the arse to make though.  Maybe i should make tofu and shroom curry.

Or i make an amazing birianni with raw papaya and tofu.  I think that'd be nice with shrooms.

You've set me off now.  Have to buy some soya beans tomorrow and do some testing.
