That's why I think he will fit in Cleveland. Cleveland loves to run the 1/2 court offense. Having Shaq and Z gives us a nice duo of Centers

Shaq was a horrible fit for the Cavs. I love him and all but dude just don't got it like he used to. I'd like to see Lebron come to my beloved Nets and save this trainwreck. Lebron is going to go where he has the best shot at a championship, i don't think that's the cavs, knicks, or nets. Not too sure where he's going yet, gotta see how the season pans out.

I think his comment about max contracts and winning hints that if they don't get it done in Cleveland this year means he's gone.
Really though I have no idea what he's gonna do. I'm not sure he does either. I won't be surprised either way.

to a max deal.

The Cavs weren't so hot before LeBron got there.
LeBron + a few minor moves at the very least automatically a contender.

Agreed, The Cavs organization has made lots of moves to try and bring Cleveland a championship. Danny Ferry has been a great GM and I think LeBron knows that he has just a good of chance to win by staying in Cleveland as he would if he went any where else.
Cleveland is a "Scottie Pippen" away from a Dynasty.

I think the most probable way Cleveland would become a force would be through the draft. If they can pick up a sleeper who can perform late in the first round, that would be huge.
Or trade some expiring contracts to a terrible team for a big name.
