Uncased Dung RH?

If I wanted to fruit a tray of uncased dung should I keep the humidity at 100% the whole time or drop it to 80-85% like a normal casing after it pins?

if it is uncased u need 95+% RH since the substr8 is more than adequately saturated. now after u add a casing layer and see pins then u should drop to 85-92% but only for casing layer. 95+% without. kinda like a giant cake :laugh:
