I've been lifting and hit a wall and haven't seen any more results so I'm starting to follow what I eat, basically I noticed: I am not eating enough.

My basal metabolic rate for 160 pounds(which I am at night keep in mind which is wrong but close enough) is approx: 1745 calories, I'm only intaking like 1900 or so which was working previously but it seems that I have hit a wall... OH NO, NOT HAVING TO EAT MORE FOOD! lol. I'm going to try and up my calories starting tomorrow to like 2400 or more.  I'm actually very surprised that I only ate 1800 or so calories today.

Also, surprisingly, I'm not anywhere near to what I thought my protein intake was.  use www.fitday.com if you want to track your intake without going crazy but remember, counting calories is never completely correct, under US law food manufacturers can be up to 20% wrong about the nutritional value of their food.

Anyone else bulking up with me over the winter? started at 143 on august 24th, in the mornings now I'm about 156(basically right on schedule IMO. I have noticed a difference in strength, only small gains in mass though but it's a lifetime thing, no need to rush cause progress is progress.

I'll actually take a picture of myself at the end of my bulk phase which should be in Feb.  I figure i'll switch over to mass amounts of cardio while cutting calories and it'll take about 3 months to lose the fat I gained while preserving muscle.  This is what I do for entertainment lol.

I was just joking, I'm a lady... I'm not planning to bulk up :smirk:
I'm about 112 and would guess I'm taking in about 1600 calories? I'm not really sure to be honest.
