12 or 24 for DUNK...???
    #1141785 - 12/14/02 07:54 PM (21 years, 3 months ago)

Hey please help me out...

A cake was found to be 100% colonized. Before birth, One scrapes off the top dry verm and runs cool water into the jar. The cake was then refridgerated; and has been for 7 hours.
Would a 24 hour dunk be better for this or 12? thanks for your help.

High.

In the FAQ it states that 12 HRS is all thats required for a newly birthed cake but 24 HRS wouldn't hurt either. It's your call.
