Noo, you're thinking of 5HTP. Most others are farr cheaper. L-Tryptophan is the second most expensive amino acid that I've seen, and it's about 19$ for 100 capsules.
that reminds me...is 5htp good for ya after rollin/speeding. ive had friends that swear by it.
it can help recovery, but i think it is more the placebo effect than anything.
5-htp is only the precursor in the liver for producing serotonin when necessary. it can do more harm than good if not used right.
people make it out to be some serotonin pumper pill that shoots more serotonin straight into your brain and makes you get off harder, but that's not how it works
