My 16 qt will hold 2 dozen...so I would venture a guess of 3 dozen (I believe the 22/23 qt cookers are just taller, but might be wrong there).  Either way, like dancefloordate said A LOT lol.  I personally would play with at least pint, preferably quart size jars if you're looking to produce that much shit.

You'd expect to be able to get 24 or more, but somehow I never get that many in my P23. 21ish.
