na i didnt take a spore print but in another post there are shots of the gills, and yea they gave slight blueing

With that acute umbo I would say it is Psilocybe semilanceata.

Yeah, P. strictipes don't have a sharp umbo. But I've never seen Libs expand like that either.

they werent like any other psilocybe in the field, as soon as i saw them through looking at pics on ere of other possible strictipes, i was almost certain

I find that they frequently do flatten out all the way.

P. semilanceata is extremely diverse in it's macroscopic form, check out Korak's and Knarkkorven's images of that species for comparison!

just they showed all the hallmarks of strictipes, flat cap, redstipes, easily broken stipe. however, im fairly new to the lib hunting game but im jus so convinced they ait semis but you guys are the pros

in my post gill shots, the ones i thought were strictipes have really fleshy dark gills in comparison to the typical semi on the right ??

I have seen images of P. semilanceata with fruit bodies that range from almost secotioid to almost plane with many in between forms!
P. strictipes spores are slightly smaller and narrower than P. semilanceata spores.
The specimen on the right of your image is much younger than the middle ones, the lamellae will darken as they age.

Actually do you have pics of the stipes and the gills and maybe a spore print? What I find odd about them is that the cap surface doesn't look slimy/glossy, despite them obviously being moist. The cap surface looks dull. Just strikes me as odd.
