 Local Boy Tripping Sees UFO!!!!! Space MADNESS

I don't know if this belongs in this thread or not but what happened last night was quite inexplicable. After coming down from a 2.5 mega dose (i'm a lightweight so I guess this could be classified as a lvl 3 boucning into a lvl 4 at times) I was lying on my roof listening to none other than Led Zepplin Physical Graffitti. "In the light" swept me off my feet but it was "Bron-Y-Ar" that something happened. Now at this time I was having the slight visual effects you get once the trip is over, mainly everything is still crstylized and vibrant but no dramatic hallucinations. I was staring into the night sky which was partly covered in clouds blanketed by the pink, yellow glow that downtown LA gives off on a nightly basis. All of the sudden, above me a rectangular beam of light darted out of the clouds, shot I'd say 30 feet forwards and disappeared. I'll try my best to describe but the image looked like a missle of some sorts. It seemed to have a slight point at its tip while the tail end was flat in nature. It wasn't a missle however unless of course missles project luminous white light from all directions out of its core. The thing was a light missile, beaming and shining and causing the clouds to light up. This was no hallucination my friends as I don't have these types of things happen to me. I can clearly distinguish bubbling clouds and faces with actual moving objects. It was amazing. My tripping partner had is back turned the other way of course. When it happened I got up and shouted for joy. Funny thing is I know no one will believe me! I find it ironic that the kid tripping mushrooms sees what looks like a UFO! That's an Onion ariticle for ya!

Those police helicopters that are ubiquitous in L.A. with the super bright searchlights can really tweak with you when you are tripping.

there was a meteor shower last night. and i was on dxm last night as well. but i somehow came out of my drug induced slumber at 10 till six or so and didnt see shit, i really wanted to see the sun rise but it was still dark. is the meteor shower why you were on your roof but you saw something different?

This was no police helicopter. This was a flash of light that burst through the clouds. It wasn't of this world. And I wasn't hallucinating at this point. Just the vibrant residual effects. I knew this was going to be hard to describe especially with the fact that I wasn't completely sober
Strumpling, no Shpongle this time. I had a hard time listening to music during the peak. this always happens to me. that other sphongle experience last week wasn't tripping. It was a high which consisted of an enormous ammount of weed combind with half a gram of shrooms and sleep deprivation. Sometimes when I push myself too far with weed I will hallucinate. It's completely different than the shroom experience. More violent and dark. Scary but interesting. Think lots of hash brownies!

This is an amazing hyper-leap of logic based on a few second glimpse of light while you were in an altered state. And people wonder why I am a skeptic.
Please state for the record how you "knew" it to be otherworldly.

I'm not interested in all that theoretical bullshit. I see what is before me and no it has some truth. I know the difference from dreams and reality and from tripping to sober. What I saw was quite real and was most definetely flying and clearly did not resemble anything I've ever seen in the news/ movies/ dreams/ ect.

only when u meet a person who has experienced what u have, will there be a meaniful and perhaps enlightening conversation. its hard for us to give you our opinion on something that only you experienced. sounds like u had a great come down though

For the record:
1. I believe you saw something that you couldn't identify.
2. It may have been something that regular observation cannot explain.
3. Do not let that blind you to rational reasons for what you saw.
I have seen quite few things that I cannot explain and yet I know some things with certitude. The existence of the physical universe is one of them and the fact that it exists outside my mind. My understanding is based on years of philosophical research, not what I ardently wish were true.

in september, 2 friends and i were coming down of level 2 trips and we had a sober trip sitter with us.
we were lying in my garden on the grass watching the stars and it was probably my favourite ever experience on shrooms.
i dont know whether any of you have read Philip Pullmans, Dark Materials Trilogy of books, but we were talking about being able to cut through our world into another with this 'suble knife', like in the books. anyway, right after the conversation a ball of light, football (soccer) sized, faded in to the air and faded out seconds later. it was blue/whight and made no noise. everyone jumped up including the trip sitter and we were stunned.
there were no clouds in the sky, and from what i've read, it doesn't appear to be ball lightning. we are still mystified.
although we were still tripping a bit this was real. and the trip sitter can vouch for that.

heh. about a week ago, i was tripping, and listening to shpongle, passing an airport, and i swore to god i saw a ufo flying about the car we were driving. it was circular and everything. looked very ufo like. even on mushrooms, hallucinations dont look like that. my friends insisted it was an airplane about to land at the airport, but i saw that the airport was relly a docking bay for ufos. i'm hip to their tricks.
wait... mebbe we're relly aliens, and whenever we see ufos, it's just airplanes, but we dont think we're aliens, so we make em look different in our minds so we can think aliens are someone else.... mebbe i'm just fukt in the head.
i think you saw something that wasnt a hallucination :-)
