can Psilocybe Cyanescens groww in ohio?

ive been lucky enough to get some spores and i am wanting to try and grow these. i used to have a buddy that traveled a lot and he used to bring me wavy caps time to time. now i dont have that connection because i moved and we both now have families we dont do the things we used too, but i still miss them wavy caps. can someone point me the right direction with these.

i know i came across a map at some point that should what you can grow in your area. i just cant seem to find it.

They don't grow naturally, but there's should be no reason why you couldn't get them to grow in Ohio.

a friend of mine just successfully fruited some Azurescens in Wisconsin.
I dont know what your "zone" is but he said he was zone 6 with the "lake effect"
cant hurt to try:thumbup::thumbup:

Yeah - give it a whirl - i know of others here in ohio (not mentioning names:wink:) who have successfull patchess of cyans - azies should do well too!! Good luck:goodluck:

And for us in WI - great "Lake Michigan" provides just enough lake effect weather to keep our climate suitable for azures - i had to help lots - with watering n covering them up during hot summer - but boy these azies are gunna kick some WI ass afterall:smile:  Gracias Amigo Cyanesense:biggrin: You can bet ima do my best to keep these going for aslong as i live!!:headbanger:

hey like I told wisco, Prints I love prints! I'm gonna try azures when I get a print from him and I'm gonna try spawning (LC) my back yard with Stuntzii's in the spring when I over seed my lawn.
