ID Help Possible gyms and libs PNW

Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.1. on live alder wood, wet area, maple leaves 2. Thorn bushes alder woods
Gills:1.didnt take one off 2.purpleish/brown Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
Stem:1.organe like cap 2.yellowish/white Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
Spore print color:n/a Very important!
Bruising:n/a Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information:1.found in big clumps on broken but live alder wood Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Looks more like a Hypholoma species to me.

never seen a gym in PNW
the yellow ones i call sulfur tufts...don't eat them.
see the second ones all the time. some sort of panaeolus...especially if they are on wood chips not poo - don't eat them

hypholoma fasciculare is the first mushroom. the spore print would be a purplish brown color. Considered to be poisonous, but still cool looking imo.

Gyms aren't that rare in the PNW. I've found 3 species of Gymnopilus in Washington.
These are the sapineus from last week.

Found a few luteos a few days ago.

I heard that there are alot of inactive gymnopilus sp. on the PNW. I live east coast, so idk. just what iv heard, i know over here, thats def not a problem.

well i said i would keep my eyes open and i found some gymnopilis aerugunosus i think in British Columbia.at least 500 meters up on a mountain where i was picking pines! they are sooooo blue! i will make apost about it later when i get my camera back.
