Dude this chick looks like Jack Black's grandmother!
It's Lizzie Borden, the chick who killed her mom and dad with a hatchet. Wacked em both a good 40 time each, sliced the fuck up.

I prefer this:
Mindfold:
Total darkness even with the eyes open.
Wear it long enough and interesting things start to happen.
Of course the effects are amplified 10x by psychedelics. It's also incredible with K. Flying through the K-hole and seeing everything your mind comes up with.
As soon as I get the chance I'm going to try LSD+Ketamine with it. CAN'T. WAIT.

I think a lot of the nay-sayers are too afraid to try it. Why wouldn't you just try it if you're skeptical? It costs next to nothing, so you don't really have anything to lose...
Myself, i'm a bit wary to try it. Though I could see it working off the same principles as a deprivation chamber, however, like someone else already pointed out, whats with the noise and the light?

I agree with those who say that this is basically like a deprivation tank.
Obviously if you have white noise and red lights, then it's not totally sensory deprivation, but it is similar because if the light and noise is constant and unvarying, then your senses will have nothing to hold on to.
Think about it this way, when you're in a tank, you can still "see" black. But it's really because it's just black and totally black that doesn't change, you are unable to fix on to it. I imagine the red lights are good at blocking out interference, although this should work with total darkness as well. Essentially what you want to avoid is a point of light that you can focus on, or anything that changes and moves (like a blinking alarm clock).
