How often do you brush your teeth?

Once a day for me. Sometimes none.

I'm usually too tired/stoned at night to care and end up only doing it in the morning.

How about you?

I brush in the shower, so everyday.

twice a day and my teeth r still yello my 9 yr old daughter has the same problem http://

although this is my niece not my daughter

1-5 times a day depending on how dirty they get between. I cant stand the grimey feeling or that orange stuff.

I'd like to get mine fully white again but I don't want to pay all that money. Any D.I.Y jobs that have proven successful for anyone?

once a day for me.  if they get extra nasty, which they usually don't, I'll brush again.  not drinking sodas and not eating a lot of sugary things helps dramatically.

You guys are gross.

Absolute minimum 2 times, 1 after breakfast, 1 before bed, usually a 3rd when it's needed (before work or before going out on the town).

For all you people only brushing once, when? I just can't figure out how it's even possible.

I brush in the morning before I go out and that's mostly it.

I'm worried that I will get bad breath and all that. I get build up of plaque behind my bottom front teeth(incisors?) so every now and again I take my nails to it or a knife and crack it off. Just the same as what the dentist does.

I know I should brush at night night though...

Peroxide + baking soda works fairly well. You can sometimes see the yellow come off of the teeth depending on how bad they are.
