what is this?

Habitat:
found PNW on a grassy hill with moss throughout it.

Gills:
light brown tan color, not attached

Stem:
about a finger long, a dime in diameter, solid, thick

Cap:
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
almost as big as a tennis ball, tan in color, looks like its

Spore print color:
brown spore print

Bruising:
no brusing

Probably Inocybe. Definitely not active. Probably toxic.
