Sure, we all love OTD, but has anyone seen how many posts a day they get in there?! And a majority of it is bullshit, I guess thats why its there in the first place. But many of those posts decrease the credibility of the shroomery. We are a primarily-mushroom forum. I think some sort of limit should be placed on the number of posts per person in that forum. Just my opinion, since the mods and admins have their fun in there too.

Just ignore OTD if you don't like it and go to the Chill Out Forum... it's the chilled out version of OTD.

I don't read anything in them. I think over the period of my life, I've made 3 posts in there. I don't care for either of them, since it was just a suggestion.

I fail to see how having OTD decreases the credability of the shroomery. If you belong to any online community you will see that they all have some sort of OTD-type forum for any member to go and talk about whatever they wish. OTD does not decrease the effectiveness of any of the cultivation forums. It's role is downplayed even further by being located towards the botom of the page. The majority of the shroomery's users do not even venture into OTD, mainly because most people are here for cultivation related information. Placing a limit on how many posts somebody can make in OTD is just silly, and would serve no purpose whatsoever. As it has been said, if you do not like OTD, do not go there.

Read my mind I.F.B. It's nice to have OTD here. I venture to the other forums too, but they tend to get tedious and boring sometimes. If OTD wasn't here,  I'd probably only check in every once in a while to the cult forums and spend the rest of my time at another BB. I'd rather not. I love The Shroomery, and it loves me! :smile:
