I wanna try shroom but I got a problem?

here's my situation, I never try shrooms before and I really wanted to and my first grow is just ready to pick tonoght but tomorrow I gotta work at 9:30 am, and I wanna eat it tonight but I know you can't fall asleep on shroom trip and it can last up to 6 hours, so it's almost 11:00pm now can I just take a little bit that can lasts me for like 2 hours trip?
I don't wanna preserve them and take it later because I wanna try it fresh for my first time.
How many grams should I take to lasts me like 2 hours trip?

I strongly advise against rushing this. Wait until you can trip, or simply don't go to work tomarrow. You cant really just trip for 2 hours dude. mabey a slight slight body high but thats not what your after.

I've fallen asleep on trips lol I would say it's intense the first four hours or so the last bit is just gettin back to normal u could take u chances and only sleep a few hours that is what I would do

Yeah, some people feel tired, but i always feel good, it's just me i think... Maybe you're feeling exhausted cause you trip at night and don't sleep properly?

Yeah, some people feel tired, but i always feel good, it's just me i think... Maybe you're feeling exhausted cause you trip at night and don't sleep properly?

The reason why you can't fall asleep is because you feel excited on mushrooms.  Part of falling asleep is having a calm mental state, passing out is a different story though.

It's all how your body and mind react to the actives. I find that 1.2 dry brings me well into a level 3 trip.

Sounds about right, I usually feel something at 20 minutes and around 40 you should definetly feel something, and around the 60 minute check out the walls and stuff it should start to move.

Smoking pot will increase your trip significantly, which is what he did.  He didn't mention which type of shrooms he took either, so it could have been a much more potent species.  10 grams wet isn't worth it in my opinion though.  I guess it may work for you.  Good luck.

my brain must not like actives. i always eat atleast 4gs dry and i hardly have many visuals. mostly everything looks wavy, like the spiral shit on youtube where u stare at it. 4 hits over the span of 2.5 hours also hardly gives me visuals. i usually eat vit c pills too so i trip harder but its mostly mental fuck. stilll fun none the less

I had the same issue, until I started Lemon TEKing 7 grams (dry) to start.. and feeding on a gram or two an hour for the duration.... epicness.

Are you on SSRI medications?  Even Benedryll has SSRI activity.  Make sure you are not, or your trips will be significantly reduced in intensity.

It's worth noting for safety that if you're using SSRIs, DO NOT use any MAOI [like Syrian rue],  very dangerous. If not, they may be just the thing for hard-headedness.

Ok guys, I'm back from work and last night was a horrifying trip for me, it's just like salvia 5X that I smoked a while ago but maybe a little stronger than that but certainly less than 10X, and it lasted like 5 and a half hours then I fall asleep, the visual wasn't very strong, but when I stare at my ceiling I see stuff moving, like maggots!
I have to be honest though I was very paranoid during the trip, as if you people know who I am, what I am doing, etc.
To be candid, about 1 hour after ingested the shrooms, I went to porn sites and began jacking off, the thing is, I never come to ejaculating, just no matter how hard I tried, just can't ejaculate, I think I have masturbated for like 1 hour but no ejaculation, I didn't jack off straight, it's like something is distracting me and my dick becomes soft again then I would have to concentrate to harden it again, bad thing is that my gf is on her business trip, I can't wait for her to come back then I can do it with her while I'm on shroom trip, that must be like unlimited pleasure, and see if I can reach the climax of orgasm.

Sounds pretty gross but I'm just being candid....

After jacking off with no success of ejaculation, I thought that I was gonna be impotent like that for life, as if shrooms screwed up my sexual reproduction system for good, anyways, right after that I try to sleep but with no success, I feel hot at first then later I feel cold to the extreme, but when I close my eyes I don't see anything though, I heard people mention closed-eye visual but it didn't work out for me, I just saw stuff moving on the ceiling, that's about the strongest visual I got. One question though, the strain of shroom that I ate was 10 grams of wet Albino A+, could the strain be the reason why I got the bad trip?
I mean this strain wasn't very popular because when I search the forum I don't see many user mention of this strain, and nobody mention eaten it either and that I read that this strain is somehow genetically engineered to be albino so it is some kind of artificial by-product, isn't it?

So would it be harmful to eat such strain? Or am I wrong? Is it that all cubes are cubes and that it contains normal and same psilocybin and psilocin as other popular strain such as penis envy, Ecuador, Costa Rica, amazonian, etc?

yes its a reg cube, its not a by-product of any kind.:rolleyes:
you should read about and know what your eating b4 you do and stress yourself out by dosing on something your not fimilier with.

you were overly anxious and psyced your self out because you rushed into dosing, next time you need to be "in the right mood and setting".  play your fav music or just give your self time to relax and dont just dive in headfirst. :super:

Ok, I got a day off today so I'll try shrooms 1 more time, as you can see on this thread, I got a bad trip last week, so I'm kinda scary to try it again, I know that if you have second thoughts about taking shrooms then you probably shouldn't take shrooms, so I guess I need to be in a good mood in which I will be.

So I have 3 grams of dried shrooms on hand, so that's about 30 g wet right? Should I take it all? It's my second time.

oxidation (prolonged exposure to air/oxygen) will deminish potency. 

you should always dry as fast as possible and store in an airtight jar/container with silica or desiccant pack to remove the oxygen/moisture.

or just eat them fresh.

The paper bag shouldn't reduce potency either.  Wayy to humid here to do that though.

Heat drying can cause psilocin to oxidize because it's very unstable.  Psilocybin is stable and won't oxidize easily.

As far as I know, the psilocin should be fine if the mushroom is dried properly.

You should definitely keep the (properly) dried mushrooms in an airtight place, as the psilocin can still oxidize without high temperatures.

only extreme heat (220*F+) will hurt the actives.  no dehydrator I know of gets that hot.

I cook cubes on the grill, in chile and in tea and dont have any potency loss.

Extreme heat will harm the psilocybin.  Psilocin can oxidize at room temperature but higher temperatures can cause oxidation to happen more quickly. Something to do with the phosphate group?  I don't remember exactly.

Yeah a small candle is perfect. You want a lot of darkness because then you won't have reality drowning out the party going on in your visual cortex, and the one little flickering light will become cool to watch.

hell yea man, I get what you're talking about when I'm coming down, I do feel the shroom exp coming down.
