Golden teacher is a cube (cubensis) like any other cube it grows well on WBS and any other whole grain..
there is no difference between primary spawn requirements between strains of cubensis
you do not FRUIT from the grain, you spawn it to a bulk substrate

:o thanks! for all the quick posts.
I think i'll test a few jaws with some WBS to see how it goes... I questioned it mainly because it was suggested as a fast colonizer. Is there another "fast" colonizer i could possibly test against the wbs against?

verm is for BRF jars not WBS... u use a filter lid on quart jars or spawn bags for WBS... brf is brown rice flour and verm n water in half pint jars and dont require pressure cooker, wbs requires a bit more

thats what i thought i have a brand new pressure cooker! so i'm not worried about being able to make the jars with wbs.
I looked through some more posts and guides found a path i think i'm going to start down.
I'm going to try just a couple of jars of brf and wbs.
again thanks so much for the post ^.^ I agree I need to try a few different ways to get a feel of the process.
