reincarnation
    #11399320 - 11/06/09 03:46 PM (14 years, 4 months ago)

wouldn't it be cool if you found out that you've actually been alive for thousands of years and you worked in the past and God gives you compensation for all the things you have done good in the past, kinda like reperations for all good doing, and paid you a sum, but the conflict is what if you do wrong?

If I could create everything that is (not that I can't, but I just haven't figured out how...yet), money would not even be on my mind. Money can't touch the permanent things. It's as fleeting as this dustbowl we live in.

What about you, Giza...if you could have everything, if you WERE everything...would you even be concerned about a few pieces of paper, or metal, or stone?

People have a tenancy to project human qualities onto "God", whatever tha may be. I don't think there is a he. And if there was, Do you really think he would give a fuck about money? Has the material culture really got you that bad? Btw, how old are you?

yes but what if god is just a normal person like you? say god has no powers at the moment or god has forgotten the past and has reincarnate into a human is who is progressing slowly to him but more than anyone else? say god lost the powers and memories he had?

I think your getting at something good here. I'd say consciousness itself is making this evolution towards realization that it is God* (for lack of a better word). We are all fractured parts of this Oneness, learning who we are. So in a sense, we have lost the powers and the memories.

maybe knowing all and being able to do anything is a burden to god, maybe god is trying to make life more interesting for himself/herself. Imagine being alive for billions of years that is a great privilage and a great burden IMO

I wouldn't say fractured.
This is a misconception i have come to understand.

We all ARE the oneness , the source , the creator...

we're all EXACT replicas of it.

and this evolution you speak of , as being a path towards the realization of ones true identity as the infinite creative spirit , here i also have found a great error in the way many people approach the subject .
there really is no path

it is not a realization to arrive to rather it is something to remember ... and thats exactly how it feels when you experience it.
from this point on.. you dont strive harder and harder to completely become this consciousness...
you keep it in the back of your head , and CREATE

thats what we're doing 'here' i believe.. creating , and enjoying the creations.

To reply to the OP now , i believe that reincarnation is a choice , always.
There is no main authority on it that decides whether you have done good or bad ...
the authority is all yours.
In a way , i believe that when we die , before another incarnational experience, if it follows , we realize our self to be the infinite spirit , and from that perspective a choice is made.
so you could say that 'god' decided...

is that not the beauty of the truth ?
there is nothing but you

:mushroom2:
