Psilocybian ?

Pics say a lot here, if it wasn't for the lack of stem bluing i'd be thinking Cyans,, but having said that i have no experience with them whatsoever so they may be way off in other areas.
Still fresh yet mature,
Drying,
Colors are toffee drying to tan as the pics show.
Convex with a low umbo when young,
They seemed to bruise a dark greenish around the cap margins, also on the low edge of the gills.
Gills,
Pellicle present though it's not as easily separable as with liberty caps.
The stems have darkened with age but it's more of a black/gray than it appears in the pic..
Found under a sycamore tree under leaf little in my back yard, raked over them while i was gathering the leaves up.
Any ideas what it is ?, look-a-like Cyan ?, sort of,, ..
Thanks..
EDIT, forgot to say, spore print's being a bitch. I'll see how it turns out later but it's not looking good.

Those are them. Nice find. The dont look to be bruising very heavily which could mean just a less potent patch. Congratulations.

They're in my back garden, i wrote this only 2 weeks ago in the pics thread..

I'm looking forward to the day i stumble across psilocybe cyanescens, they're my favorite looking mushrooms but not something i actively search for.
I'm hoping i'll get lucky someday,, .
I'll still hold out for a TI, but if they are, how do i preserve the patch ? I'm guessing i want to put the leaves back ?. Should i throw some wood chip down ?

If things work out well i'm getting on that first thing tomorrow, . I've had shrooms in the garden appear one year then disappear the next and i don't want these to fall into that category.
The stems are more of a dark grey with a slight hint of blue now i look at them in better light.

Thats not a good thing. Thats the oxidation of psilocin. Try cutting them at the stem and handling them less... thats the best way of preservation.

Nice tip,, thanks, . I'm considering keeping these for the spore content to increase the likelyhood of preserving the patch. I read a post by GK saying pet bedding saw dust it a good spawn media, so i was thinking about sprinkling some of that into the grass then laying the proper wood chip on top, hoping the mycelium will spread upwards.
I'm not exactly sure of the best way to tackle it though, put the sawdust down first then hope more shrooms pop up and spread the wood chips around them or just go right ahead and do both layers at once. I'm thinking the first option sounds better...

Yea the first one sounds good... Take as many sport prints as possible, then when the season starts again just spread it around.

It's a good job,, ..
They're on a bank at the back of the garden i built up years ago with left over soil after landscaping. It's full of daffodil bulbs underneath, would look pretty good woodchipped,,
