Trusting the self

How can I trust myself when I have no self?
What is myself but a system of programing that has been influenced by my environment and my biology, slowly condition overtime. even my attempts to de-programing myself from bias and belief have just been another part of my inevitable programing. How is myself reliable?
Can the heart be trusted? Does the heart even speak?
Is myself the awareness I am experiencing all things through? Is myself only what I am experiencing at this exact moment? My brain? My spirit? The nothing? God?
How can anyone trust themselves knowing this? How is the self a reliable guide?

If you have no self, then there is no reason to try to trust it. GO WITH THE FLOW. IT IS WHAT YOU ARE.

since everything is this 'self' in the end, it constitutes the only potential source of information about the world, and it is, inherently seperate from the world. so either you concede in ignorance or alternatively be assumptive and assume that your senses and judgements are somehow reliable.
