what would you say the average temperature a dehydrator runs at. not enough to kill potency you think?

My friend used his dehydrator but never turned it on. He put a fan on top and turned that on low and it worked nicely. That's what I'm planning to do in a few days.

the search engine is your friend.
it would take less time to search than make your post and wait for replies.

I think 1 minute is a hella lot faster then going through endless pages of useless information.

I think 1 minute is a hella lot faster then going through endless pages of useless information.
its filled with useless information because of useless posts like these.
it took me less than 15 seconds to find out how hot dehydrators run at, what brand i should buy, what the thermal death is for psylocibin, and a great tip for disabling the heating mechanism if i should so feel necessary. all using the search function.

as will misinformed people handing out bad advice will always be there too. the only difference is, when you use the search feature to look for the correct answer, you dont actually contribute to the problem by making another useless post.

that was constructive and well thought out, now that you have posted a little man holding a sign that says "bitch please" i retract all previous statements, and agree that the search function is useless.

It's filled with useless information because people respond saying, "Use the search function!" instead of ever answering anything.
How about don't post anything at all if you just want to bitch at them OR Bitch at them but at least answer the question or link the answer

so if all the supposed "useless information" out there is caused by people saying "use the search function" then try this -"use the search function" in your search query and then all the posts containing that phrase won't show up.
although i doubt thats really the case in the first place.

OP: your fine with any dehydrator you chose to use. Pick the vegetable option...or 140F area...you won't hurt them. Promise. I use an Excalibur dehydrator, dried things from fresh herbs 90F to Jerky 170F and I've never hurt the mushies at veggie 140F.

no actually, i haven't. it's all right there for the taking if you just spend a half-minute to find it.
i don't resort to name calling to prove my points either, as it tends to negate the actual point itself.

wow, I am trying to find some updated info on dehydrators using the search function and all I can find is people bitching about using the search function and a hundred other things that does not answer my questions.
Maybe if people would just answer the question a poster asks then maybe there would be less people posting the same question after getting frustrated searching for an hour.
