Can ANY of you people please tell me what it is you find in this music. How can you find it even remotely appealing. Im not trying to be mean, im simply baffled at how anyone can like these "sounds". Im not sure what it is, maybe you do! What are you "feeling" when listening to it.

It seriously makes zero sense to me whatsoever. Is it a rebellious thing? Are you guys in high school and just wanna be "different" than your parents? Whats causing this?

Same reason anyone listens to any music: it appeals to them. I could understand your argument if this was total noise, if the synths weren't actually making notes that change and follow the same musical structure that 85% of western music does... but it does. and those are actual notes being played, with the exact same common chords & progressions in most music. maybe you're just too simple to look past the lower synth sounds.

I'm pretty sure if you listed what your REAL music is that we should all be enlightening ourselves with, we could tear it apart just as easy. ANY little fucking dumbass can make a generalization about an entire genre of music

basically, I can say the same thing you just said about dubstep about any form of original or extreme metal or punk

"they just spam blast beats and tremelo pick and scream"

or jazz

"boring elevator music, who would listen to that?" classical too

rock on mainstream radio - LOL

Really kid, grow the fuck up. Probably angry because he needs someone singing over music for it to mean something to his mcdonalds-eating ass... or doesn't recognize a melody if it's being played by anything other than a string, wood, or brass instrument. Go out on the street and show a 5 random people your 10 favorite songs, you don't think one of them is going to laugh his ass off regardless of what you're into?

:stonedjerk: Calm down son, dont be pissed at me because you lack musical taste. Blame your father :fishslap:

I'm glad that I have no musical taste because I (and I'm probably not the only one in this thread) listen to all kinds of music and that must mean that all music sucks!

Really though, he raises a good question that leaves me curious. What music do you listen to that is so good that you feel the need to hate on other people's music?

ears have these things called cochleas which, via vibrating membranes, translate sound into code interpreted by auditory nerves which then communicates this code to the auditory cortex where the brain either outputs *awesome face* or wtf. Of course, being subjected to certain ideas of what music should be can cloud this judgement process. Being open minded helps too.

like the progression better than Mutant Grooving. Cool sounds man, may the mushy madness continue and breed more audiosoma for the mind!

Blast it.

I could do without the MCing but whatever, it gets dirty.

Haha oh fuck, I forgot about the guitar solo.  I think if I was going to DJ this tune I'd start at the second half and skip that.  Doesn't fit the dubstep vibe in my opinion.

There are more people imprisoned for the commission of drug offenses in the United States - close to 500,000 - than are incarcerated in England, France, Germany, and Japan for all crimes combined.  Examined in another way, the United States has 100,000 more people incarcerated for nonviolent drug offenses than all the countries of the European Union combined, despite the fact that the European Union has 100 million more citizens. :crankey:
